Position Summary:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Lead Training Facilitator within our Global Learning Solutions Team. This role is pivotal in delivering top-tier training on behalf of our department. We seek a skilled trainer with a strong background in conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions focused on mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate training content on various subjects to enhance our global learning offerings, including standard catalog topics and professional development sessions.
  • Engage with clients to assess their unique training needs and craft tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with different segments of the Global Learning Solutions team to ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Conduct engaging virtual and on-site training sessions covering a range of mental health and wellness topics.
  • Facilitate both standard and customized training sessions.
  • Identify and select qualified trainers to meet client training requests.
  • Coordinate training logistics with trainers and account managers.
  • Provide comprehensive training summaries to account managers post-session.
  • Host online webinars or create recorded sessions based on client specifications.
  • Work with local trainers to ensure effective localization of training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with the WPO Translation Policy for presentation materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on available training programs.
  • Manage specialized learning projects as part of promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in the mental health sector.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various time zones.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technological proficiency, including experience with various training platforms and tools to enhance interactivity. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and eLearning/LMS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of working with diverse populations and varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Appreciation for cultural diversity.
