Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Trainer to join our team at Raag Solutions. As an Inpatient Principal Trainer, you will be responsible for training and credentialing staff in the use of EpicCare Inpatient, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and credential staff in EpicCare Inpatient, including Secure Chat & Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are proficient in the use of EpicCare Inpatient.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EpicCare Inpatient into our clinical workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EpicCare Inpatient features and functionality to ensure our staff are trained on the latest tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Credentialing in EpicCare Inpatient, including Secure Chat & Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health.
  • Experience with Training Environment Build Certification (TED300) and Long Term Care Certification (LTC500).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Secure Chat & Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health.
