Position Summary: The role of the Member Experience & ATM Operations Specialist at MCU focuses on guaranteeing the highest level of ATM accessibility for our members through proficient vendor oversight and assistance. Key responsibilities encompass hardware oversight, cash management, troubleshooting, and spearheading operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellence in managing ATM vendor relationships
  • Oversight of ATM hardware and its lifecycle
  • Review of professional services and processing of payments
  • Timely support for members utilizing off-site ATMs
  • Coordination of cash replenishment activities
  • Support during IT audits and integration with third-party services
  • Analysis of performance metrics with actionable recommendations
  • Troubleshooting and support for ATM issues
  • Leadership and management of staff
  • Consultative assistance for ATM operations
  • Change management and development of procedures
  • Compliance with vendor service level agreements
  • Risk assessment and implementation of corrective measures
  • Testing and communication regarding ATM maintenance
  • Project management and coordination tasks
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in financial services
  • At least 3 years of experience in ATM operations
  • Familiarity with ATM vendors and maintenance protocols
  • Proficient in networking and operating systems
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Decisive and supportive team player
