Key Responsibilities
Your role as a Client Engagement Specialist will place you at the forefront of our Member experience. You will assist Members enrolled in the Wellth program by addressing inquiries and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Member inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Monitoring Member adherence and notifying medical teams as necessary.
  • Providing empathetic support to help non-adherent Members re-engage with their health goals.

This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are goal-oriented and maintain a positive demeanor. As the representative of our organization, you will embody our values and deliver exceptional service to our Members. Candidates who excel in this role are those who are compassionate and committed to making a difference in the healthcare landscape.
