Position Overview

Role Summary: The Member Engagement Specialist focuses on maximizing ATM accessibility for our members through proficient vendor coordination and operational support. Key duties encompass equipment oversight, cash management, troubleshooting, and spearheading operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence in managing ATM vendors
  • Oversee ATM equipment lifecycle and maintenance
  • Conduct reviews of professional services and manage payment processes
  • Provide responsive support for off-site ATM locations
  • Coordinate the cash replenishment process effectively
  • Assist with IT audits and integration with third-party services
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
  • Address ATM troubleshooting and support issues
  • Lead and manage staff effectively
  • Offer consultative support for ATM operations
  • Implement change management and develop procedural documentation
  • Ensure compliance with vendor service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures
  • Test and communicate necessary ATM maintenance
  • Manage projects and coordinate related activities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in financial services
  • At least 3 years of experience in ATM operations
  • Familiarity with ATM vendors and maintenance protocols
  • Proficient in networking and operating systems
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent decision-making and team collaboration skills
