We are currently in search of enthusiastic and skilled Outside Sales Representatives to represent Frontier Communications Inc. and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative:

  • Participate in daily training sessions, both virtually and in-person, with your team.
  • Engage with small to medium-sized enterprises to foster B2B sales relationships.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from qualified leads through to face-to-face presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and provide support to your team on a daily basis.
  • Present a comprehensive range of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services to local businesses.
  • Document and organize your sales activities, follow-ups, and client details using our CRM system on a daily basis.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A driven and passionate sales professional aiming to achieve earnings of $100K+ in your first year.
  • Proficient in technology and its applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both collaborative and effective.
  • Ambition to advance within the company through our Career Development Program.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A valid US Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $30K with uncapped commissions and cash bonuses.
  • First-year on-target earnings projected between $72K and $114K+
