Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Executive is a key role at Uniti, responsible for cultivating new relationships with SMB and Enterprise clients across multiple verticals. This position involves developing and closing new revenue opportunities on behalf of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in assigned territories, leveraging Uniti's existing and planned fiber network builds.
- Conduct strategic cold calling, prospect engagement, and business development activities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Assess customer telecommunications and data infrastructure needs, develop suitable solutions, and present written proposals.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Uniti personnel and contractors during the design, construction, installation, and service activation process.
- Process contracts and sales orders for new or upgraded services.
- Support key business decisions and projects with ad hoc analysis and financial insights.
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience in telecom, data communications, or ISP environments, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Working knowledge of data and telecommunication industry terminology.
- Proven experience in selling internet, VoIP, and managed services.
- Track record of success in exceeding assigned sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with emerging telecommunications technology, including fiber optics and new fiber builds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
