Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Sales team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing enterprise accounts, leveraging your understanding of our products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to preserve and develop their attachment to Procore.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers, to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and increase spend on existing products.
  • Conduct research on accounts, identify key champions, and generate interest to obtain business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts, providing sales management with regular reports on sales activities and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within our CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate internal resources to solve client issues and execute service agreements.
  • Periodic travel to client onsite visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
What We Offer:

Base Pay Range $114,480 - $157,410 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $190,800 - $262,350. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
