Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Valet Manager to join our team at ParkOps. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the operational and financial success of our client accounts. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, Train, and Manage Employees: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Oversee Employee Schedules and Daily Tasks: Coordinate employee schedules and daily tasks to ensure seamless operations and maximum productivity.
  • Work with HR and District Manager: Collaborate with our HR team and District Manager to administer company policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance and consistency across all client accounts.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures: Ensure all client accounts adhere to ParkOps' standard operating procedures, as outlined in our client agreements.
  • Provide Daily Safety Reviews: Conduct daily reviews of safety operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish Regular Client Meetings: Schedule regular meetings with client account holders to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide updates on our services.
  • Review Payroll and Time and Attendance: Conduct regular reviews of payroll and time and attendance to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Collaborate with our finance team to assist with budgeting and financial planning for client accounts.
  • Train and Educate Staff: Continuously train and educate staff on safety and service procedures, as outlined in our employee handbook.
  • Mentor and Coach Team Members: Mentor and coach team members to identify individuals with management potential and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Perform Other Functions: Perform other functions and duties as required for the safe and efficient operation of client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Driving Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, with a strong understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
  • Motor Vehicle Record: Have a motor vehicle record free of any recent moving violations.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to accurately complete tasks and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Clear Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and provide effective feedback to team members.
