Position Overview:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will support customer needs from the moment an order is placed until the product is delivered. This role involves managing internal reporting and customer feedback while acting as a liaison with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless execution of daily processes with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the order entry process, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly, including order details, specifications, pricing, and delivery instructions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding service expectations, issue resolutions, inventory status, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and products, ensuring accurate data management.
  • Coordinate with plant personnel to address customer feedback and quality concerns.
  • Process claims and credits as necessary, ensuring compliance with approval protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and shipping to meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the generation of on-time and in-full (OTIF) reports, leading initiatives for improvement.
  • Support finance in identifying customer ownership related to inventory management.
  • Serve as a vital resource for Sales Managers and Account Representatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records, including profiles, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Adhere to company policies and strive for departmental efficiency.
  • Promote safety awareness and ergonomic practices within the office environment.
  • Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and professional interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning and MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ERP System is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
