Recent growth in our client base has led to a need to expand our client service team to ensure our clients continue to receive the high-touch experience they expect from Performa.
Role Overview
The Client Service Analyst will provide support to the firm's Relationship Management, Client Service, Business Development, and Operations Teams. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day management of client accounts, attending client meetings and industry conferences, and working with the Business Development Team to generate prospect leads. The individual in this role will also assist with client reporting and onboarding, as well as assuming operational aspects of client account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of client accounts, including reviewing and approving client reports, independently responding to client/external party requests, and preparing portfolio commentary and analysis as needed.
- Manage new account onboarding, working with internal teams and external contacts to ensure all aspects of the onboarding process are complete prior to new account funding.
- Prepare content for meeting materials and coordinate meeting follow-ups, generating ideas for client presentations and other external materials, and assisting with the review and editing of content for external presentations, marketing materials, and other communications.
- Assume operational aspects of client account management, including developing proficiency with Clearwater Analytics to create custom dashboards and reports, and working with client custodians on account set-up and to resolve accounting/reconciliation issues.
- Assist the Business Development Team with prospecting and RFP completion, including assisting with prospect data mining and outreach campaigns, attending industry conferences, and assisting with preparation, coordination, and delivery of RFP responses.
Requirements
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finance/asset management and a demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and/or prior presentation experience. A bachelor's degree is also required, and all Performa employees are expected to comport themselves with integrity and honesty, always in the best interests of the firm's clients and prospects.
