Private Client Financial Advisor

Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a high-quality wealth management practice, providing personalized financial planning and investment strategies to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and centers of influence to drive client introductions and engagement.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities to clients and prospects.
- Tailor wealth management planning to meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging the knowledge of internal stakeholders and specialists.
- Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses, with a valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license required or obtained within 60 days of starting the role.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management, with proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
- Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals and comfort operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with commissioned-based compensation.
Individuals in this role have historically earned between $105,000 and $250,000, based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
Work ScheduleVaries, with a 40-hour workweek and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
