About the Role

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its multidisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement assessment and treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental differences.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to therapy teams, ensuring high-quality care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Monitor and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case, ensuring seamless integration with therapy services.
  • Analyze data to inform progress report writing and ensure accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews and Clinical Integration Meetings to ensure optimal care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
