Cortica is seeking a Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing team. As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment. Your role will involve providing support and oversight for teammates within your pod and Behavior Interventionists.

This is an exciting opportunity for leadership in an innovative, high-growth company still in its early stages of development. You will be part of a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering the most effective treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Our mission is to design and deliver life-changing care – one child, one family, and one community at a time. We envision a world that cultivates the full potential of every child. At Cortica, every team member is instrumental in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines.
  • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod.
  • Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours, and maintaining productivity expectations.
  • Provide monthly supervision to all RBTs and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences.
  • Organize and analyze data for progress report writing.
  • Meet with the ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours.
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader.
  • Participate in and/or lead department meetings.
  • Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
  • Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.
  • Live Cortica's core values, leading by example for other teammates.
  • In this role, you will occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • In this role, you must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
  • You possess a master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • You possess a current BCBA certification.
  • You have a working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
  • You bring some fieldwork experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families.
  • You are skilled at using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • You know HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
