High Acuity Nurse for Adult and Pediatric Clients

BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients in Burlington County. We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team and work with our adult and pediatric clients.
As an LPN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for this unique and rewarding environment, prioritizing your skillset, confidence, and knowledge.
We prioritize our nurses' skills and knowledge, providing them with the tools and support they need to excel in their roles. Our LPNs work on a variety of shifts, including 2-4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time. We also offer flexible self-scheduling options via our mobile app, electronic documentation, and around-the-clock clinical support.
BAYADA offers our LPNs a range of benefits, including weekly pay every Thursday, PTO and sick time, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, Public Service Loan Forgiveness Partner, and 401K. We also offer preventive care coverage for all employees, including PRN staff.
Our LPNs work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and diagnoses. We prioritize our nurses' safety and well-being, providing them with the support and resources they need to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes
- Work with clients who require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
