Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and improve product quality.
* Conduct detailed process studies and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement projects.
* Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment.
* Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, chemical engineering principles, and process improvement methodologies.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
* Proficient in using process simulation software and other engineering tools.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing industry.
* Ability to train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
* Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
* Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends, technologies, and best practices.
