Your Responsibilities:
Enhance our capabilities across diverse industries, gaining practical experience in privacy, security, data modeling, and system architecture.
Write and deliver code across the entire stack, promoting engineering excellence by establishing best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to identify requirements, innovate solutions, and tackle complex challenges.Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, guiding architectural decisions and pursuing continuous improvement in technology and processes at CLEAR.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in software development with JavaScript and related technologies (React, Typescript).
Proficient in cloud-based application development, with familiarity in several of the following areas:
Cloud service providers such as AWS.
Containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaboration, integration, and deployment tools like Github, Argo, and Jenkins.
Ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in mentoring and collaborating with junior team members.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
A genuine curiosity about technology, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work autonomously to determine priorities.

The salary range for this position is $175,500 - $215,000, depending on skills and experience.This range represents the lower and upper limits of CLEAR's salary scale for this role.
Compensation may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
The stated range is just one aspect of CLEAR's total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, commissions, and Restricted Stock Units.
