Job Summary

As a key member of our Human Resources team, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our corporate talent acquisition strategy. This involves collaborating with leadership to drive business objectives, leading and motivating a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and engaging with applicants and hiring teams to source top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure talent objectives and hiring targets are met.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies and manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and position requirements, serving as a trusted talent partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive talent attraction and acquisition initiatives.
  • Screen and source candidates through various channels, including behavioral-based interviews.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication.
  • Provide mentorship and training to TA team members to ensure effective management of stakeholder expectations and job offer development.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of applicant tracking systems and reporting to manage team activity and effectiveness.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience recruiting in a medium to large organization, with a proven track record of successfully executing Director-level and above searches.
  • Strong experience using applicant tracking systems, conducting behavioral-based interviews, and implementing ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
Competencies/Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated functional/technical expertise in applicant tracking systems.
  • Good knowledge across Human Resources disciplines and applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
