Position Overview:

In the capacity of Legal Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in close partnership with the Director of Attorney Recruitment & Development to formulate effective hiring strategies and oversee the search process for lateral attorneys, aligning with the firm's strategic recruitment goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of the lateral associate recruitment process, including crafting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing offer negotiations
