Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Allocate staff and resources to maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stock areas.
  • Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, take full responsibility for all store operations.
  • Process and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service.
  • Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards' Learning Network and job certification programs.
Requirements
  • Four years of high school with a diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to operate a Point-of-Sale computer system and complete cash transactions accurately.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
