We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Dunn-Edwards. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Allocate staff and resources to maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stock areas.
- Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Take full responsibility for all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Process transactions and provide expert advice to customers via phone and in-person.
- Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service.
- Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Valid drivers license is required.
- Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, vacation and holiday pay, paid sick time, 401K program including company match (benefits vary for PT employees).
This role may require physical activities such as lifting, standing for long periods, and using electronic equipment. A valid driver's license is also required.
