Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Technical Lead for Field Services to join our team supporting a government site. This role is crucial for the success of our Field Services team.
The selected candidate will engage with customer leadership, guide junior technicians in troubleshooting complex issues, and serve as a liaison between the site and the Queue Management group.
Additionally, the candidate should possess strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and repair, including familiarity with HPSM Knowledge Management search, and be capable of drafting and submitting updates to Knowledge Management articles.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and direct operational and training activities at the site.
- Develop relationships with internal customers and collaborate with other functional managers.
- Manage the resolution of customer support tickets in accordance with established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
- Act as a backup for the Site Operations Lead.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Possess a DoD Secret Clearance.
- High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ or higher.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in various environments.
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and digital test equipment.
- Valid state driver's license required.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Effective collaboration and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage team workload.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
