Job Title: Bilingual Front Office Coordinator

Van Der Hout LLP, a renowned immigration and nationality law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join their team in San Francisco's Union Square. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional receptionist support, maintain organization systems, and interface with attorneys and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet office visitors and answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process incoming mail, including case noting in case management systems
  • Maintain organization systems to ensure smooth office operations
  • Interface with attorneys and partners
  • Provide billing and clerical support
  • Scan documents and files
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee catering for office lunches and events
Requirements:
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • One year of front office experience at an immigration office and/or administrative experience preferred
