At Epiq, we're seeking a highly skilled Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering outstanding results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services to clients, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office operations, including coordinating meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Utilize advanced vendor onboarding processes, including obtaining COIs, requesting documentation, and relaying information to the OMP team.
  • Manage daily pantry and office services, including coffee service, snack inventory, and printer maintenance.
  • Coordinate visitor check-in, scheduling, and conference room management via the Condeco system.
  • Assist with seating assignments and floor plan updates.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably as a Receptionist
  • Previous experience in a client service field is preferred
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

The compensation range for this role is $19.26 to $26.00 USD per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
