Position Summary

  • Responsible for executing procurement strategies, adhering to established standards and operational frameworks, including the preparation of RFPs, negotiation tactics, and cost assessments. Engages with clients to address inquiries regarding order statuses, modifications, or cancellations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts activities related to the acquisition of goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring that all terms align with the organization's best interests.
  • Generates purchase orders, authorizes payments, and negotiates pricing to facilitate a seamless procurement process, working under general supervision.
  • Assembles price proposals, financial documentation, and relevant data to provide insights on competitive pricing.
  • Drafts requests for proposals (RFP) and bid documentation to secure new accounts. Oversees contract execution to guarantee adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Communicates with suppliers to coordinate or expedite deliveries, addressing issues such as shortages and delays.
  • Acts as a key contributor within the organization, demonstrating established professional capabilities.
  • Handles complex and challenging problems that may arise.
  • Operates independently with minimal oversight.
