Essential Experience:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement procedures, standards, and operational strategies, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost assessments. Address client inquiries regarding order status, modifications, or cancellations to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct activities related to the acquisition of goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring that terms are favorable for the organization.
  • Prepare purchase orders, authorize payments, and negotiate pricing to facilitate a seamless procurement process under general supervision.
  • Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other relevant data to provide insights on competitive pricing.
  • Draft requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages for new accounts. Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Engage with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, resolving issues such as shortages and delays.
  • Act as a valuable and productive contributor within the organization.
  • Address complex challenges that may arise in the procurement process.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Influence colleagues within the work environment through clear communication of facts, policies, and procedures.
