Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused TeleSales and Retention Representative to join our team at Verda Healthcare, Inc. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan to prospective members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately explain the benefits and features of our MAPD plan, ensuring that members understand their coverage and options.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets, consistently demonstrating a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective members, providing timely and accurate information about our plan and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring that all members receive a high level of service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and one of the following languages: Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of call center or related sales and customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales targets.
