Role Overview
The GivingFuel online donation platform, along with its associated Webconnex products, is at a pivotal stage of expansion. The Director of GivingFuel will take charge of formulating and implementing the strategic plan to capitalize on recent investments in the platform.

As the General Manager of the entire GivingFuel division, this role will oversee sales, marketing, support, finance, and product functions, steering the platform towards unprecedented growth.

The Director will exhibit visionary leadership and a relationship-focused sales approach. Success metrics will include business growth, customer retention, feature adoption, strategic alliances, and the transition to Webconnex payments.

Candidate Profile
You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, adept at initiating new projects with a proven history of success. You are comfortable enhancing existing systems or developing new ones and are not deterred by setbacks, adapting as necessary.

Collaboration across multiple teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, Product/Engineering) is second nature to you. You are prepared to be the primary representative of the GivingFuel platform, ensuring customer retention while focusing on acquiring new clients.

Exceptional communication skills define you; you are a charismatic leader capable of inspiring others and guiding a team towards shared objectives. You are dedicated to transforming good initiatives into exceptional ones and align well with the broader Webconnex culture, embodying humility and a commitment to collective success.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the public representative of GivingFuel, creating engaging product demonstrations, hosting webinars, and developing valuable content for customers.
- Engage with existing clients to provide updates, share resources, and prioritize retention.
- Drive new customer acquisition through personalized demonstrations and outreach.
- Collaborate with the Webconnex Marketing team to enhance the GivingFuel brand and manage the sales site.
- Partner with the GivingFuel Solutions Team to deliver exceptional support and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the platform based on market needs.
- Provide basic financial reporting and collaborate with finance teams to monitor progress.
- Explore and implement new pricing strategies and marketing resources for clients.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations to better serve GivingFuel clients.
- Present platform progress to the Webconnex board of directors.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Profound understanding of the nonprofit sector, including fundraising psychology and operational dynamics.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct fundraising experience within a nonprofit or equivalent SaaS platform management experience.
- Familiarity with the online donation platform landscape and tools that facilitate fundraising.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in public speaking and persuasive writing; marketing knowledge is advantageous.
- A personable and engaging demeanor to attract organizations to join GivingFuel.
- While a software background is not mandatory, familiarity with online SaaS platforms is beneficial for training and retention purposes.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, fostering a culture of success.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
