- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Administrative and Organizational:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and customer service activities
- Utilize technology and tools to streamline sales processes and improve productivity
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
