We are in search of a courteous, attentive, and driven part-time Hospitality Services Representative who can deliver a sense of luxury while interacting with guests. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with you.


Position Overview:

Hospitality Services Representatives are tasked with managing daily front desk functions, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and completing daily operational checklists. Representatives will also dedicate shifts to our Retail Store, the Salt and Sundry Giftshop, handling daily sales, checklists, and assisting with inventory management. This role involves collaboration with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The position demands quick thinking, effective problem-solving, and a friendly disposition to provide our guests with the exceptional service and thoughtful amenities they deserve.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (4-8 hours)
  • Capability to lift light packages (under 40 pounds)
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in guest services within a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Preferred but not required: strong telephone etiquette skills
  • Preferred but not required: previous retail and cash handling experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform in high-pressure situations
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor throughout all shifts
  • Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues across all departments
