At CBIZ, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our HR Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier financial and employee business services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and day-to-day outsourced HR operations
  • Collaborate with internal client teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and leadership teams
  • Research and resolve human resource issues and concerns
  • Conduct status meetings with clients to ensure service scope and commitments are met
  • Update and create HRIS changes for client-specific needs
  • Audit payrolls and monthly benefit reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing professional materials for training presentations
  • Complete compliance reports, such as EEO-1 and VETS-

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Benefits and/or Payroll experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
