HR Coordinator Job Description

CBIZ is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Services team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day outsourced HR operations for our clients, including providing exceptional customer service, researching and resolving human resource issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide support for HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with HR consultants, benefits specialists, and payroll specialists to ensure client workload is managed effectively
  • Conduct status meetings with clients to ensure client needs are being met according to service scope and commitments
  • Update, create, and develop HRIS changes for client-specific needs
  • Audit payrolls and monthly benefit reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation and production of professional materials for training presentations
  • Complete and/or provide assistance with compliance reports such as EEO-1, VETS-, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Benefits and/or Payroll experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
