We have exciting openings for Client Relations Specialists (CRS).

This role is essential in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and fulfilling.

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for facilitating the rental experience by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, thereby ensuring a smooth and timely rental and return process.

Work Schedule:
Monday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tuesday:

OFF
Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thursday:

OFF
Friday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services, including optional protection products and upgrades

Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and relevant service details

Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing information and solutions for customers and partners

Make outgoing calls for follow-up management and other assigned tasks

Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return

Report any known customer issues to management

Notify management of vehicle concerns and necessary maintenance

Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support is required

A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years


Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
