The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for streamlining the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, thereby facilitating a smooth and timely rental and return experience.

Available Schedules:
Monday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thursday: OFF

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services, including optional protection products and upgrades.
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and other relevant service details.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing information and resolutions to customers and partners.
  • Make outgoing calls for follow-up management and other assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate the condition of rentals upon return.
  • Report any known customer or vehicle issues to management.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years is required.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
