About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Resident Services Partner to join our team at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct personal care and supervision to our residents, promoting their well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist residents with non-nursing activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, transferring, and toileting, while following regulations and guidelines.
  • Light Housekeeping: Provide daily light housekeeping for resident apartments, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with Life Enrichment staff and participate in training for resident activities, including one-on-one and group activities.
  • Customer Service: Act as a customer service liaison for residents and their families, providing support and addressing their concerns.
  • Documentation: Document care provided to residents, changes in condition, and other situations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
