Position Overview: This role is part of our Advanced Development Program (ADP), recognized for its legacy in pioneering aircraft technology. We seek exceptional talent to uphold a 75-year tradition of innovation. The selected candidate will contribute to the ADP as a Systems Engineer, managing diverse and concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment. A strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively is essential, along with effective engagement with senior leadership and clients. Meeting deadlines and adhering to strict timelines is crucial.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory; a government security clearance will be required.
  • This position is based at a facility necessitating special access.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) design.
  • Proficiency in Systems Engineering Architecture development utilizing SysML with CAMEO.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline with 9 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 7 years of experience. Recognized as a Systems Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Possession of a Final Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to collaborate across various engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements.
  • Experience in a digital engineering environment (e.g., MBSE and digital twin).
  • Familiarity with operational modeling tools.
  • Proficient in software tools such as MS Excel, JIRA, and Access.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting requirements.

Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required for consideration.

Work Arrangement: This role allows for part-time remote work, with a schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.

Flexible Work Schedules: We support various alternate work schedules, providing flexibility to our employees. Options include standard 40-hour weeks or condensed schedules, offering additional time away from the office alongside Paid Time Off benefits.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,400 - $192,500, depending on location and other factors. This information serves as a general guideline.
