Pastry Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus, collaborating with the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure consistency with concept vision and standards.
- Mentor and train team members to exceed expectations, focusing on developing a positive work environment and promoting guest satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while enforcing food sanitation and safety standards.
- Analyze financial results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize profits and reduce waste.
- Participate in performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and supporting employee growth and development.
- Represent ThinkFoodGroup's culture by promoting its vision and values within the organization and externally.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef, with 5+ years in the kitchen industry.
- Possess a pastry or culinary degree.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ambitious and proactive approach to driving business growth and success.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
