Position: Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator at Recording Radio Film Connection and CASA Culinary Schools, you will be responsible for a variety of essential office functions. Your duties will include:
- Managing Communications: Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Scheduling: Organizing meetings and ensuring all participants are informed.
- Data Management: Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires a reliable internet connection and familiarity with communication platforms such as Teams, as well as experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. A high level of computer proficiency is essential.
Work Environment: You will be expected to work in the office 1-2 days per week, with the flexibility of remote work for the remainder of the time.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation: This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18 per hour.
