About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our investment group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Utilize tools such as Outlook, Concur, and the Microsoft suite to manage tasks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
