About the Role

The Relationship Manager is a pivotal position within the Fidelity Investments branch team, responsible for fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship in meaningful ways. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily work is carried out with the client's needs at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team company-wide to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement client contact strategies to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
  • 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience
  • Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
  • Ability to think creatively and make decisions with the support of your team
