POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Engagement Specialist I plays a pivotal role in addressing the financial needs of both new and existing clients. This position involves identifying potential opportunities to enhance customer relationships across all banking services. To foster strong and beneficial customer relations, the incumbent will deliver friendly and efficient service while processing daily transactions. Additionally, the Client Engagement Specialist will actively seek opportunities to cross-sell various banking products to deepen the relationship with our clients.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Basic proficiency in navigating computer systems.
Self-motivated and driven with strong engagement.
Willingness to accept guidance and work collaboratively within a professional team.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Availability for Saturday morning shifts is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work environment is generally pleasant and comfortable, with minimal exposure to hazards.
Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs, reaching, twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling, as well as standing for extended periods.
