We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Buyers Edge Platform, LLC. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing top Dining Alliance members in the West Coast territory, establishing and deepening relationships with members, and identifying opportunities for potential upsell to other brands or programs within Buyers Edge Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Manage top Dining Alliance members (200-300 parent accounts)
- Establish and deepen relationships with members by understanding their business objectives
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients on updates, information, and concerns
- Identify opportunities for potential upsell to other brands or programs within Buyers Edge Platform
- Track all member activity and opportunities in Salesforce
- Must be comfortable being the point person for the client and internal departments
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a 'can-do' attitude balancing multiple tasks
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Have strong communication and relationship management skills
- Are flexible and thrive in fast-paced work environments
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or related industry experience
- Working knowledge of CRM or Salesforce
- Preferred - upselling and retention experience
- Travel potentially once a quarter
