Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new clients, while also fostering strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements, and provide expert advice on the most suitable products and services.
  • Product and Service Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new insurance products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Have a solid understanding of the insurance industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
