About the Role

The Dealer Relationship Representative plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with auto and powersports dealers. This position requires a high level of customer service and support, as well as collaboration with internal team members to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new dealer partners, and develop relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist dealers with loan origination and deal funding, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Monitor dealer performance, providing insights and recommendations to management to optimize business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, working closely with management to develop solutions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience in the auto dealer or finance industry.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of credit and lending principles.
  • Reliable internet and telephone service, with a dedicated home office or workspace.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within a designated territory, with a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle records history.
