Automation Systems Engineer

Primary Duties:

  • Engage in the conceptualization, construction, evaluation, and demonstration of cutting-edge robotic functionalities
  • Tackle intricate issues through improvements in perception, autonomy, and human-robot collaboration
  • Utilize core principles and sector expertise to address challenges and improve robotic solutions
  • Share research outcomes and suggestions with stakeholders and management

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in robotics design and prototype development
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS
  • Understanding of mechanical engineering, electronic systems, and software integration
  • Strong communication skills and eligibility for security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in robotic simulation and software validation
  • Acquainted with machine learning and AI applications in robotics
  • Proficiency in machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning methodologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitLab and Jenkins
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree and Secret clearance are advantageous

Selected candidates will undergo a security assessment for access to classified materials.
