Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop building automation systems (BAS) to meet the needs of our clients.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain existing BAS systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in building automation systems (BAS) and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
- Education: Minimum 2-year post-secondary degree in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and/or HVAC or related field.
- Experience: 2 or more years' experience and knowledge directly related to BAS.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding ATC schematics, mechanical plans, architectural plans, and electrical plans. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Education: 4-year degree with concentration in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Experience: Advanced experience in the BAS industry.
- Driver's License: Individual must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
The work area typically consists of construction and renovation sites and may include dust, noise, metal shavings, and other elements associated with being at a commercial job site.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl.
