Position Overview:
We are seeking a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to enhance the acquisition of business clients across our Xe and Dandelion Payments brands. This role will focus on digital marketing initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads for our sales teams and driving transaction growth among existing customers.

This is a remarkable opportunity to take full ownership of a key platform for two international brands and significantly influence the organization's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive customer acquisition.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our target customer segments and develop demand generation strategies.
  • Create and execute campaigns aimed at retaining and activating our current customers, focusing on reducing churn and boosting transactions.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media budgets and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize targeting and lead generation strategies, generating inbound leads through various channels.
  • Manage the Hubspot platform, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective performance tracking.

Who You Are:
With over 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, you have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth. Experience in the payments industry or SaaS is preferred. You possess:

  • Expertise in paid digital media placement and analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, STEM, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including hands-on execution, optimization, tactical planning, and platform relationship management.
