Lo que harás:

  • Planificar y ejecutar campañas de marketing integradas a través de canales digitales para impulsar la adquisición de clientes.
  • Desarrollar una comprensión profunda de nuestros clientes objetivo y diseñar y probar campañas de generación de demanda.
  • Definir y desarrollar campañas que busquen retener y activar a nuestros clientes existentes, abordando la deserción y aumentando las transacciones.
  • Gestionar y optimizar presupuestos y campañas de medios pagados.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para alinear estrategias de segmentación y generación de leads, generando leads entrantes desde plataformas como correo electrónico, nuestros sitios web, redes sociales y LinkedIn.
  • Responsabilidad sobre la plataforma Hubspot, asegurando que sea precisa y completa, cumpliendo con las normativas y que podamos rastrear el rendimiento de manera efectiva.

Quién eres:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en campañas de marketing digital B2B, con un historial de generación de leads de alta calidad y crecimiento de ingresos.
  • Preferiblemente experiencia en la industria de pagos o en SAAS.
  • Experiencia en colocación de medios digitales pagados y análisis.
  • Conocimiento avanzado y experiencia en Salesforce y Hubspot.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de partes interesadas.
  • Se prefiere título universitario en marketing, STEM o campo relacionado.
  • Capacidad demostrada para desempeñar múltiples roles: ejecución práctica, optimización, planificación táctica, gestión de relaciones con plataformas, etc.
