Position Overview:

The Partner Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing the company's partner marketing strategy. This includes nurturing partner relationships and creating marketing initiatives that bolster sales efforts. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales team, executives, and various stakeholders to devise and execute campaigns that stimulate demand and revenue through partner channels. Additionally, this role encompasses the organization of events and expos aimed at generating leads and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the partner marketing strategy in conjunction with the sales team and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and integrators.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives to support sales efforts through partner channels, such as email campaigns, webinars, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive demand and revenue.
  • Plan and execute event strategies, including logistics and execution, to create new business opportunities and enhance brand recognition.
  • Develop co-marketing programs and campaigns aimed at generating demand and boosting brand visibility.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partner marketing efforts with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Engage with external vendors to implement partner marketing and event initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on partner marketing performance metrics, including sales data, to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the budget for partner marketing and event initiatives.
  • Represent the company at expos and events.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partner marketing, ideally within a technology or video production context.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective partner marketing campaigns and events.
  • Experience in managing relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and integrators.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, with experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Excellent project management and event planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in budget management and working with external vendors.

Compensation:

  • $70,000

Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time is required.
