Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer and market research to pinpoint target demographics and craft tailored messaging strategies for the B2B networking sector.
- Design and implement holistic growth marketing strategies aimed at acquiring, activating, and retaining customers across TP-Link's diverse product offerings.
- Lead cross-departmental teams to strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email outreach, social media, and content marketing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or similar roles, preferably with a technical background in networking solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective growth marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Familiarity with paid advertising, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $100K - $125K, dependent on experience, with potential for bonuses.
